Yes! She is 58 years old and my inspiration to keep suiting up, showing up and pushing play. She is an incredible human being and coach always giving back to help others. And Winner of the 50+ female Beachbody's 2009 MDB Game for my transformation.  When I grow up I want to be just like her!

I completed the 60 day Insanity program in October of 2009, during which I lost 20 lbs and gained a lot of strength and cardio-conditioning. My blood pressure (once 156/117 on meds) is now in the normal range with no medication! I took a one week recovery (during which I lost another 8 lbs due to the rockin' metabolism), then started P90X Lean version. I lost another 6 lbs in round 1 of P90X, but wow did I shrink in size! Since muscle weighs more than fat, I was still surprised to see the weight loss. I've gone from a size 14 to a size 4!

Sandy Carter
Yes a mother of two and an accountant. She  purchased P90X, which sat in the box for over a year. Finally, she reached the point she was so disgusted with herself and how she felt that she was ready to make the time to do something about it. And that she did as you can see from her amazing results.
Today Sandy has become an Independent Beach Body coach and is responsible for inspiring me to do the same and share what a healthy lifestyle can do for you not only physically but spiritually and emotionally. My  only wish is that we lived closer. Thank you Sandy Carter for all you do!

Gale McGuigan
Otherwise known as NinjaKitty! She lives in Beautiful East Tennessee, happily married with three sons. She and her husband love to ride motorcycles. Gale lost 10lbs since she first received P90X and has gone form a size 6 to a size 2-4 since last spring. She has gone from doing a few push up to about 50! Yes Gale is 54! She is now fitter, healthier and feeling better than ever. Thank you Gale for being an such an inspiration!
